FUNERAL PLANNING

On behalf of Faith Lutheran Church, we extend to you our deepest condolences in the loss of your loved one. We want you to know that you are not alone and that we stand ready to love and serve you during your grief journey. 

Attached, you will find a funeral planning form. Please utilize it to notify us of your loved one's death, tell us when you hope to host their funeral or memorial service, and what ministry we can offer your family at this tender time.

Please don't forget that our pastor is available for pastoral care and counseling as well. Please indicate on the planning form if this would be helpful to you.
