Mission Teams

Coordinates adult Bible Studies and educational forums throughout the year on a variety of topics, plans activities to increase fellowship and fun among adult members of FLC.  

Set up and clean up holy communion. Changes altar banners and paraments for the seasons.  

Helps to craft annual budget and provides resources and support throughout the year to meet or exceed it; must have a personal commitment to generous giving to FLC.  

Coordinates Sunday School, Grapple, Confirmation, Senior High, and family educational and social activities throughout the year.  

Assists with creating a digital presence on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, website and other mediums; helps to run sound board, create slides, and run video for worship services.  

Facility Care: Handles equipment and building repair/maintenance.

Facility Review: Makes decisions re: interior decisions (painting, furnishing donations) and decorating the inside of the church seasonally.

Facility Grounds: Maintains Memorial Garden, playground, flowers in outdoor containers, helps develop and implement landscaping.  

Provides cards, calls and/or visits to sick and shut-in members/friends of the church bringing fellowship and Holy Communion. 

Helps to coordinate events at the church. 

Leads the congregation in outreach activities in the city of Becker and beyond; helps Faith be the hands, feet, and smile of Jesus outside of our church building.  

Provides education to congregation regarding the importance of stewardship (e.g., time, talent, treasure) throughout the year; leads the annual financial appeal each November; must have a personal commitment to generous giving to FLC. 

Plans and coordinates worship services and space throughout the year.
